The Fat Smash Diet

Since Badoozer mentioned weight I thought I would mention what the HubbaDoo's are up to.
While at my son's basketball game a few Saturday's ago my sister-in-law had mentioned some type of new diet book that was a best-seller right now. As usual, I blew it off. Well, last week while visiting with my sister my mother stops by after work and happens to have the very book my sister-in-law was talking about -
The Fat Smash Diet. My mother said a girl she works with is on it and has lost 15 pounds in 15 days and hasn't even started working out yet. She said it has just melted off her.
I usually discount this stuff but decided to give it a whirl. I decided this because I have been going to the YMCA between 3 to 5 times per week since the beginning of January and haven't lost a single pound! I feel as though things are changing on my body but when you're 5 foot tall and weigh what I weigh somethin's gotta give. I'm killing myself for 40 minutes on that crazy elliptical machine and lifting enough weight to tone up. I've tried not to worry too much but I'm hitting 41 this March and enough is enough!!
So, to finally get to the end of this story - I started this thing today and I'm having trouble being positive. I really want to eat a BIG FAT STEAK and a GIANT YEAST ROLL!!! Dipped in butter!!!
I believe this is a great diet for life but it's just that my life-long habits are hard to change. I'm suppose to eat every three hours to keep up my metabolism. I've also involved my kids in the frequent meal eating and they are a little confused with whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner time.
I would say wish me luck but I believe I need more than that - pray for me please!
